As a Contracts Manager, you will be working within a high profile, professional environment. You will be the lead point of contact for creating Contracts for New Starters, liaising with Contractors and ensuring Contracts and supporting documentation such as Non-Disclosure Agreements are sent and signed via Secured signing. You will also be the main contact for Screening and Background Checks and obtaining Contractor References prior to the start date. This includes a lot of telephone work answering contract queries as well as a huge amount of organisation as this is a demanding and challenging role. Finally you will also be the lead contact for weekly Audits on outstanding documentation. Above all else, your role will be to enhance the overall Customer experience and your dedication to accuracy and Service delivery will be a key contributor in this.

You will be working on your own initiative, often under pressure, so you need an immense amount of common sense and flexibility including exceptional organisational talents. You will need a confident telephone manner and lots of energy and enthusiasm coupled with the drive and ambition to ensure a high level of success. You will be working within Professional Services, liaising with a high level of Senior Consultants and Contractors working within the Energy sector.

You should have a strong education, ideally to Degree level, which should be backed up with at least 5-10 years relevant experience. Ideally this will have been gained within the Recruitment Industry or another fast-moving, customer-facing environment, working both with Business Leads and Procurement for high profile, corporate clients and leading brands ideally with a focus within the Energy, Trading, E-Commerce and Retail sectors. You should be keen to achieve targets and to be successful in gaining positive results from your own hard work and contributing to the team as a whole.

We are a small team of around 25 and we offer a great work-hard, play-hard environment with a focus on dedication and hard work that is always rewarded. We have lovely offices in Sevenoaks with on-site car parking where we are based Monday to Thursday with the option to work remotely on Fridays.
