Description: O’Keefe Construction is a Civil Engineering Contracting business providing a range of services to public, private and residential sectors of the Construction Industry, predominantly in London and the South East.

Job Overview: We are seeking a Document Controller to join our team to ensure the overall document delivery is in line with Project Handover, and all completion requirements are met whilst maintaining quality processes and procedures. Assist the Project/ Management team in the running of the administration activities for multiple projects across the business. The role often involves working to deadlines and ensuring that all departments are following the same procedures with regards to documents
Job role specifics:
• To ensure all relevant documentation is stored in the relevant project folders and Document Management Systems
• Upload pre-authorised drawings, as well as download client issued drawings
• Log all Client documents onto the appropriate registers
• Upload all Goods Received Notes to the Accounting Management System
• Produce Project Management meetings minutes
• Complete regular internal compliance audits and report findings
• Update and maintain project QA files and procedures as required
• Collate, check and electronically file weekly site paperwork
• Actively promote with the Company’s Health & Safety policies and procedures

• Competent IT Skills
• Have previous Office Administration experience, preferably within Construction
Additional information
• Basic 45 hours/week
• Monday - Friday 8.00am - 17:00pm
• 23 Days Annual Leave + Bank Holidays
