A leading law firm based in the Maidstone area are looking for a Finance Administrator with excellent administrative and organisational abilities. They are looking for someone pro-active and able to take their own initiative. Duties can include:
* Reconciliations
* Supporting the Finance department and clients with any queries and general administration when required
* Assisting the IT Supervisor with administrative tasks and reports
* Administering clients' instructions
* File set ups, file maintenance and closures etc

You will be mathematically proficient with a good understanding of Microsoft Excel. You should have previous experience within a similar type of role and able to show a high level of accuracy.
