Duties
As our Customer Relations Officer you will:
* Contact existing employers to identify key contacts within their organisation
* Support customers with migrating onto their Online Portal
* Follow up on any longstanding invoices that remain unpaid
* Pro-actively offer solutions to the employer
* Manage all customer communications efficiently and effectively
* Update multiple systems and databases where required
* Monitor and track progress of each customer and report to the Team Leader on a weekly basis
Requirements
* Experience working within an outbound call environment.
* Ability to overcome any obstacles when contacting customers and provide a best-in-class service.
* High level accuracy and eye for detail.
* Ability to manage own workload to ensure strict deadlines are adhered to.
* Experience with using Microsoft Excel and multiple computer systems.
