An opportunity for an experienced Architectural Technologist/Technician to join a RIBA Chartered architectural practice based outside Sevenoaks. This is an excellent opportunity for a Senior Architectural Technologist to build and develop their career within a talented, well-established team. They work on a diverse range of award-winning projects, in both the public and private sector.
Your new role

* Collate technical information
* Produce all information necessary to submit applications to all relevant statutory authorities
* Liaise with Clients
* Work with the Contractor for Design & Build projects
* Prepare and present detailed design proposals
* Manage internal project teams (subject to seniority)
* Prepare specifications for construction work
* Prepare drawings, plans and documents for statutory approvals
* Attend Design Team Meetings and Co-ordination meetings
* Contribute to design-stage risk assessments

What you'll need to succeed

* Minimum 1 years' experience as an Architectural Technologist
* Knowledge of ArchiCAD beneficial, although not essential
* Live within a commutable distance of Sevenoaks
* Car / Vehicle and Full Driving Licence
* Motivated individual
