Your new role

Hays are excited to be recruiting for a manager to become registered for two 2-bedroom children's homes. As a dually registered House Manager, you will ensure that a high-quality service is provided, utilising your business and management skills to manage the work and the team efficiently and effectively and, take sole responsibility for the day-to-day care management, ensuring compliance with relevant legislation and best practice.

What you'll need to succeed

You will have or be willing to work towards a recognised level 5 professional qualification relevant to working with children, possibly a qualification in management and, at least three years' experience relevant to children's residential care within the last five years. At least one year's experience supervising and managing professional staff is crucial.
