Hours: Monday - Friday 08:00 - 17:00
Our client based in Maidstone, a construction company who offer full design and build service, are seeking an Office Manager to join their team.
Some responsibilities and duties include:
* Providing administrative support to ensure efficient office operations.
* Supervise staff and delegate tasks as necessary - including hiring, training and evaluating staff performance.
* Managing office facilities.
* Assist in developing and managing office budget and identifying cost-saving opportunities.
* Ensure the maintenance of accurate records and files.
The ideal candidate:
* Experience in a similar role, within construction.
* Great communication skills.
* Management skills.
* Great organisation.
