Your new role

Looking for an Infrastructure Engineer to support and deliver infrastructure solutions and systems as part of BAU or project work.

What you'll need to succeed

* Microsoft Windows Administration in Server Operating Systems Windows 2003 - 2019
* Microsoft Cloud Portfolio (Azure, O365, Teams, OneDrive)
* Microsoft Windows Desktop Administration in Windows 7 - 10
* Microsoft Active Directory and Group Policy Administration
* VMware vSphere Operating System Virtualisation
* Storage Area Network (SAN) concepts and familiarity - HPE 3PAR or Nimble preferred
* Enterprise Backup Solutions - EMC Networker or Commvault preferred
* Disaster Recovery and Business Continuity - Zerto preferred
* Load Balancing Technologies
* Networking Concepts and familiarisation - Cisco switches & Palo Alto Firewalls preferred
* Knowledge of monitoring and alerting technologies - Splunk, Netcrunch preferred.
* Knowledge of several Microsoft Server Application products e.g. SQL Server 2008-2019, IIS & SharePoint
* Knowledge/Experience of incident management - LANDesk Management Suite preferred
* Infrastructure as a Service (IaaS), Software as a Service (SaaS), Platform as a Service (PaaS), Software as a Service (SaaS)
* VPN Solutions - Direct Access preferred
* Scripting (PowerShell)
* Formal Service Management Methodologies (ITIL)
