Expanding to meet busy demand, the company seek to recruit a new team member to train and develop to become a Recruitment Consultant
Day-to-day, you will be empowered to manage your own time and approach, overseeing end-to-end recruitment processes from start to completion. You will work on a varied portfolio of existing, new and lapsed clients, using skills such as proactive liaison, agreeing and meeting briefs, conducting visits, as well as meeting, interviewing and briefing candidates, and servicing recruitment processes through to completion.

Salary with experience + uncapped bonus

Monday – Friday only – could be a great route away from evening/weekend working!

Great role for someone who enjoys variety! Operating in a fun and dynamic space in between sales and customer service delivery, also using other skills such as advertising/marketing, organisation and administration, problem solving and process management – ideal for someone who thrives on variety, and enjoys organising their own time!

In order to succeed with this role, you will need to have : confidence, desire to make a difference and an impact, and a strong work ethic.


Prior experience in recruitment or a consultative / service orientated sales industry is beneficial, by no means essential.
