Are you an experienced B3 15T Forklift Driver seeking a new opportunity? The Best Connection is currently recruiting for a skilled and safety-conscious Forklift Driver to join our client's team in New Hythe, Larkfield.

**Job Details:**

**Pay Rate:** £13.39 per hour (Monday to Friday, 08:00 - 16:30)
**Overtime Rates:** £17.81 per hour (after 40 hours), £20.09 per hour (Saturdays)
**Contract Type:** Ongoing, with potential for full-time role with the client

**Responsibilities:**

- Safely operate a B3 15 Tonne Counter Balance forklift to move, stack, and organize materials
- Load and unload trucks and containers efficiently
- Perform routine maintenance checks on the forklift to ensure optimal performance
- Follow safety protocols to prevent accidents or injuries
- Keep accurate records of inventory movement and storage locations
- Collaborate with team members for efficient workflow
**Requirements:**

- Valid B3 Counter Balance (15 Tonne) forklift operator certification or license
- Proven experience operating a forklift in a warehouse or industrial setting
- Knowledge of safety regulations and procedures related to forklift operation
- Ability to read and interpret documents such as work orders and safety rules
- Strong attention to detail for accurate tracking of inventory movements
- Physical stamina for repetitive lifting, bending, and standing
- Excellent communication skills and ability to work effectively in a team
