Accountant within Practice - (Semi-Qualified or Qualified by Experience)
Location: Sevenoaks
Salary: £28,000 - £35,000 per annum

My client is a dynamic and forward-thinking accounting practice, dedicated to providing exceptional financial services to our diverse client base. They are currently seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Financial Reporting Specialist to join our team. This role offers the opportunity to work in a supportive environment where your skills and expertise will be highly valued.
Key Responsibilities:
Financial Reporting: Prepare and review financial reports ensuring accuracy and compliance with regulatory standards.
Accounts Preparation: Compile and finalise accounts for a variety of clients, ensuring all financial statements are complete and accurate.
VAT Returns: Review and manage VAT returns, ensuring timely and accurate submissions.
Client Interaction: Engage with clients to understand their financial needs and provide tailored accounting solutions.
Qualifications and Experience
Education: AAT Level 3/4 qualified or equivalent experience in financial reporting and accounting practices.
Experience: Demonstrated experience in preparing accounts, with the ability to review VAT returns and management accounts. Experience in an accounting practice environment is essential.
Skills: Strong attention to detail, excellent analytical skills, and the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently. Proficiency in accounting software and Microsoft Office suite.
Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to interact professionally with clients and colleagues.
