Nationwide Ventilation is one of the countries leading companies producing commercial kitchen ventilation systems in the UK. Nationwide ventilation requires a Multi-Skilled Sheet Metal Worker to join their team. We are looking for an experienced individual with Welding and sheet metal fabrication - Aluminium/Stainless Steel/Steel and other types of metals TIG/MIG experience. For the manufacture of commercial kitchen canopies and ductwork.

Main responsibilities:

• Fabrication
• Shaping and cutting out sections using hand tools and press machines
• Finishing items with grinders and all hand tools
• Stainless steel polishing
• Tig welding, and mig welding
• Measure and mark dimensions and reference lines on metal sheets, from engineering drawings.

Requirements:

• Ability to read fabrication drawings
• You should be fully conversant with press brakes, guillotines and punches. • Be able to work with Aluminium, Mild Steel, Stainless Steel
• Must be motivated and have a flexible approach
