An opportunity for a resourceful and driven Account Executive to join an established, niche UK insurance market broker who are recognised as a leader in their specialist field.

You will operate in a collaborative team environment that works together to put the client first and provide a gold standard customer experience.

Overview

* The role will incorporate the management of account relationships to ensure business retention in addition to growing revenue through pro-active business development.
* In this role you will be expected to be out in the field visiting prospective new clients as well as existing clients.
* Building trust and loyalty, presenting products and services, identifying insurance needs and obtaining accurate risk information.
* Work with colleagues to obtain quotes and negotiate deals.
* Provide clients with advice, guidance and support through the placement / renewal process and throughout the lifecycle of the policy.
* Act as a trusted point of contact.

What you need to show

* Possess a proven track record within a client-facing Account Executive role
* Have a strong understanding of the UK commercial insurance market
* Identify yourself as a strong influencer and skilled negotiator
* Be resourceful, innovative, self-motivated and persistent
