They are currently seeking a skilled Legal Secretary to join their team and support their legal practice. The successful candidate will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of the legal office.

Responsibilities:

Providing administrative support to lawyers and legal executives
Managing correspondence, including emails and letters
Handling phone calls and client inquiries
Organising and maintaining legal documents and case files
Assisting in the preparation of legal documents such as briefs, pleadings, and contracts
Scheduling appointments and maintaining calendars
Conducting audio typing of legal documents
Data entry and maintaining accurate records
Assisting with billing and invoicing processes
Requirements:

Proven experience as a Legal Secretary or in a similar role
Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite, particularly Word and Outlook
Excellent organisational skills with the ability to prioritise tasks effectively
Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
Ability to type accurately and at a reasonable speed
Familiarity with audio typing is advantageous
Strong attention to detail and accuracy in work
Ability to manage time efficiently in a fast-paced environment
