Great opportunity to join a well established client in Kings Hill
Duties
Assist in the administration of customers changing contracts, and on-boarding new customers
Answering a variety of queries from customers via email or telephone.
Run monthly billing reports to validate and ensure that these reports are completed on time, and are saved into the relevant areas.
Support the administration of financial systems relating to expenditure and income, e.g. processing invoices and monitoring expenditure. Validate invoices from suppliers.
Establish and maintain good working relationships with internal colleagues, managers and staff and external customers, clients and suppliers, through e-mail, telephone, offering advice and information.
What we need from you
Previous admin/customer service experience
Attention to detail
Good numeracy and IT skills, including Excel and Word
Able to work on own initiative or part of a team
