Our client, a well established and high quality education provider has a new requirement for an HR Administrator to join their team.



Reporting to the Business Manager you will be responsible for:



HR Administration

* Maintain the single register for the office
* Administer all aspects of recruitment ensuring adherence to the Safer Recruitment process. This includes adverts, applications, school visits, interviews,, arrangements, references, on-boarding and induction training
* Conducting all safeguarding checks including DBS applications/renewals, ID checks, qualifications, annual declarations and right to work.
* Produce offer letters, job description and person specifications, end of probation periods, letters and contracts.
* Maintain tracking system to ensure timely Performance Management.
* Produce accurate HR related reports and analysis for Head Teacher and Business Managers
* Assist with the secure/confidential maintenance of records including filing, shredding , scanning and archiving.

Other Administration

* Liaise with the Finance Manager to ensure all staff appointments are within budget and signed off in advance of any appointments
* Provide to the Finance Manager payroll information for new starters, staff changes, leavers and annual uplifts, including uploading the information onto the school calendar.
* Producing annual salary statements for Teachers and Support Staff
* Updating completed pension forms
* Responsibility for the website
* Support of the wider administration process's.

Reception

* Meeting and greeting
* Taking and transferring calls
* Deliveries
* Updating fire registers
* Photocopying and laminating

Welfare

* Maintaining accident report system
* Assisting with general welfare of students
* Ensuring safeguarding across the site

ESSENTIAL SKILLS

* SIMS
* Educated to GCSE or equivalent in English and Maths (Grade C)
* Excellent IT Skills
* Excellent communication skills

5 Days, 36 Hours per week (Term Time plus 10 days)



Salary £28,997 pa
