Your new company

* You will be working for our client, who carries out refurbishment work to residential properties within the Wandsworth Postcode.
* They provide a high quality service for all customers in every aspect of refurbishment.
* They are seeking experienced Multi Traders to join their growing team on a long-term basis.
* YOU MUST HAVE A VAN FOR THIS ROLE.

Your new role

* You will be required to travel between properties in Wandsworth.
* You will be working exclusively on fitting new floors to the residential properties.
* Fitting bathrooms and kitchens.
* Minor painting, decorating and plastering work.
* You will need to work independently and be able to communicate effectively with the customers.
* Working off a list of properties that need work done to them. The amount per week will depend on the size of the work required.
* You will need to provide your own tools for the job.
* You will be paid for 40 hours per week on a weekly basis.

What you'll need to succeed

* You MUST have a van for this role.
* You will be provided with a Parking Permit for you to complete the work and park close to the jobs.
* You will need to be an experienced Multi Trader with experience working in all aspects of carpentry, painting and plastering.
* You will not require a CSCS card for this position.
* You will need to provide Hays with an up to date reference.
