Working from great offices in the centre of town (with free parking!), this vacancy joins a busy team environment in a leading industry-specialist company, supplying bespoke product applications to clients globally.
Internationally-trading, and with a sought-after product range, this company are expanding their team to meet growing demand.
With full training you will play a key role in the coordination of the quoting, sales order and logistical delivery processes, including:-
- Producing bespoke quotes and product specification documents; in liaison with the Field Sales teams;
- Order processing and stock allocation;
- Placing components orders with suppliers and agreeing lead times;
- Organising delivery logistics and installations, with other teams;
- Job creation and allocation, creating efficient schedules for engineers;
- Logging updates and implementing solutions to logistical changes.

For consideration, applicants must be based within a reasonable commute to Tunbridge Wells; and ideally you will bring transferrable experience with relevant processes such as generating quotations, order processing or logistical / supply administration.
Would be a great role for a sales administrator/sales support administrator seeking a new challenge, or perhaps someone with experience in another manufacturing-sector office role, with knowledge of the quoting process.
