Vics Catering, a fast growing independent food wholesaler delivering throughout the South East of England, are currently looking to employ a hard working telesales operative to join our team.

The Role:

Accurately capturing and processing customer's orders

Answering incoming calls

Assisting the sales team with marketing and prospecting new business.

Skills required for this role:

Strong customer service skills

Previous telesales/sales experience preferred but not essential

Confident telephone manner

IT literate

Well-disciplined and able to work without supervision

Key points:

Monday to Friday 8.30am - 5pm

Office based in Sittingbourne

In house training

Job type: Full-time

Salary: £29,000 - £32,500 depending on experience plus bonus OTE : £35,000
