An excellent opportunity to join an Insurance Broker in Essex that are looking to recruit an experienced Account Handler to work in a busy team. The role will be primarily focused of Personal Lines Insurance, however you will also be assisting the team deal with a mixture of Commercial risks also.



Main Duties:

* Handling renewals, new business and mid term adjustments
* Producing cover notes, debit and credit notes
* Liaising with clients and underwriters
* Produce presentations and gather all valuable information
* Obtain quotations
* Analyse and provide advice on risk and insurance issues
* Deal with any types of Personal Lines including Household, Motor and Travel insurance
* Handle all problems and queries
* Ad-hoc duties as required



Essential Skills Required:

* Experience in a similar Account Handling role
* Excellent Personal Lines and/ or Commercial Insurance knowledge
* Strong knowledge of general Insurance policies and procedures

* Permanent office based role
* Salary upto £30,000 - depending on experience
