Whitehead Monckton is looking for an experienced secretary to join its small but very busy Wealth Management team as soon as possible. This role is located at our Maidstone office.

To be considered for the role we would expect you to have solid secretarial and administration experience, ideally from having worked for a financial institution, financial advice practice or in professional services. However, the ability to deliver work of the highest quality is essential in this role to ensure an outstanding service is delivered to the client.

You will be excellent at prioritising and organising your workload whilst being adaptable to meet the needs of the team. You will have lots of telephone contact with our clients so will need to be able to demonstrate that you have great client care skills.

The team use a bespoke IT system as part of their daily work, so it is vital that have good IT skills.

We are looking for applicants to work ideally on a full-time basis, Monday to Friday 9.00am-5.00pm. However, we would consider part time applications.
