Job Overview: We are seeking a dedicated and highly organised Personal Assistant/Secretary to provide administrative support for our education sector client. The ideal candidate will be proactive, detail-oriented, and capable of managing multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.

Own transport required due to the rural setting.

Key Responsibilities:


Administrative Support:Manage calendars, schedule appointments, and coordinate meetings.Prepare and distribute meeting agendas and minutes.Handle correspondence, including emails, phone calls, and mail.Documentation Management:Maintain organized filing systems for documents and records.Assist in the preparation of reports, presentations, and other materials.Ensure confidentiality of sensitive information.Communication:Facilitate effective communication within the team and across departments.Assist in organising school events and activities.
General Office Management:


Ensure office supplies are stocked and maintained.Coordinate maintenance and IT support as needed.
Qualifications:


Proven experience as a Personal Assistant or Secretary, preferably in an educational setting.Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).Excellent written and verbal communication skills.Ability to prioritise tasks and manage time effectively.Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.Discretion and professionalism in handling confidential information.Familiarity with educational policies and procedures is a plus.
