Would you like to start 2025 with a new job and outlook?

Broadstairs MOT Centre is looking for an enthusiastic and friendly new employee to join it’s highly-skilled team.

You will be working as a Service Manager engaging with customers face-to-face and over the phone, managing bookings, working with suppliers, ordering parts and communicating closely with the workshop team of technicians and Foreman, liaising with Directors; creating customer estimates and invoices.

Have you any previous experience in the automotive industry, or customer service industry, and feel you could lead our team? Previous experience is essential.

You will be working at a family-run, independent Bosch Car Service garage that prides itself on delivering the highest level of quality in customer satisfaction and works carried out. The garage has a formidable reputation for continued investment in staff training, tooling and services offered to stay at the forefront of the automotive industry.

With more than 20 years in business, Broadstairs MOT Centre is looking to expand its services and you will be responsible for delivering a clear and friendly experience for our clients from our Broadstairs site. Hours of work: 8am-6pm Mon to Fri and will be required to work 8am-12 two Saturdays per month on a rota system.

Candidates should:
• Have great organisational skills and time management
• Possess competent IT skills and understanding of new technologies
• Be able to communicate effectively
• Review performance indicators
• Support social media platforms
• Planning of own projects and its delivery
• Use Cloud-based invoicing system and garage management system
• Be capable of building good working relationships

There will be requirement to travel independently for training opportunities to develop your skills at Bosch Denham; learn more about the business and the changing world of the automotive industry through our Partners such as Bosch Car Service, HEVRA, IGA; and acceptance of Networking opportunities.

Mon-Fri 8am-6pm
Sat 8am-12
Sun Closed
