Our client based in East London are looking for a permanent Transport Manager to join their team.

Reporting to the Senior Contract Manager, you will be:

* Named Transport Manager on the FCC Operator License
* Managing day to day Operators compliance, including but not limited to, managing drivers reports, daily drivers defect reports, collecting and managing compliance documents, monitoring vehicle weights etc.
* Carry out and record random drivers and vehicle checks
* Monitor and update computer electronic compliance system.
* Manage the maintenance planner
* Gather transport related data, managing and analysing results including financial impact
* Create and manage tachograph analysis and driver's hours data systems
* Support transport compliance
* Manage and produce reports
* Challenge suppliers invoices
* Liaise with insurance and keep up to date related document
* Accident investigation
* Travel between various sites

To be considered for this role you should have:

* Previous people/driver management experience
* Administration experience
* Excellent attention to detail
* Hold Manager CPC qualification
* Previous experience in Transport/HGV environment

40 hour week - Monday to Friday.
