Responsibilities
Provide exceptional customer service by responding to inquiries via phone, email, and live chat.
Communicate clearly and effectively with customers, ensuring their questions and concerns are addressed promptly.
Analyse customer feedback and provide insights for service improvement.
Demonstrate excellent phone etiquette while handling customer calls.
Engage in upselling opportunities by promoting additional products or services that meet customer needs.
Collaborate with team members to resolve issues and enhance the overall customer experience.
Maintain a thorough understanding of our products and services to provide informed assistance.
Collaborate and perform task with sister company
Requirements
Proven experience in a customer service role is preferred.
Strong communication skills in English
Ability to analyse information and provide solutions effectively.
Excellent data entry skills with attention to detail.
Demonstrated phone etiquette and professionalism in all interactions.
A positive attitude with a willingness to learn and adapt in a fast-paced environment.
Marketing and social media experience are highly desirable.
