Diverse and interesting role – working alongside an excellent team to deliver a full generalist HR service across the organisation; including managing the end-to-end employee lifecycle, and key recruitment and L&D projects.

Day to day, you will have a real impact on the employee experience of HR in the organisation, through duties such as:-
- Recruitment and selection – including producing/reviewing job profiles, liaising with line managers, interviewing and making employment offers
- Induction and Onboarding – background checks, contracts, organising and administering training plans
- Employee Relations - Meeting and advising line managers on best practice, employment legislation and relevant procedures
- Learning & Development – agreeing strategic plans for L&D, liaising with external bodies such as industry boards
- Offboarding and Exit
- Diversity and Inclusion

Mon – Fri 37,5 hrs

An ideal candidate for this role would CIPD Level 3 or 5 Qualification; and practical experience of 18 months+ in an HR Advisor position, now seeking their next step.

The vacancy could suit someone working in London or further afield and hoping to reduce their commute; or perhaps someone working locally looking for a progressive and flexible new role!
