The ideal Secondary Supply Teacher will:

Confidently deliver pre-planned lessons across KS3 and KS4 in a range of subjects.Be adaptable and able to manage a variety of classroom environments.Support students' learning while maintaining high standards of classroom behaviour.Work flexibly and be available for early morning calls.Be enthusiastic about working in a variety of Medway secondary schools, including Grammar Schools.
Secondary Supply Teacher requirements:

QTS or relevant teaching qualification recognised in the UK. Experience teaching at KS3 and KS4, KS5 an advantage. Strong classroom management skills.Ability to travel between schools in Medway is an advantage.Passion for supporting students in their education.
