The Best Connection are currently seeking night shift assembly operatives for our client in Maidstone.

This is an ongoing position, leading to a full-time position.

Start times/Shift pattern:

22:00-06:00 (1 hour lunch break)

Monday-Friday

Pay Rate:

£13.72 per hour

Expected duties:

Our client is looking for someone to carefully assemble small, intricate components in a team-oriented environment. This role requires good manual dexterity, attention to detail, and patience for fiddly tasks. Responsibilities include following instructions to assemble parts precisely, performing quality checks, maintaining an organised workspace, and collaborating with team members to meet production goals. Prior assembly experience is beneficial but not essential, as full training will be provided.
