This is a great opportunity for someone with previous experience in customer service delivery seeking a new long-term career role:

Joining an esteemed industry-specialist company, you will receive full and extensive training working closely with an experienced Senior Leader, for a company that have a 50+ year trading history and an impressive UK and international clientele

Become part of a lovely, busy team environment – leading the delivery of service to B2B and B2C existing customers!

Day to day, with training, you will lead customer relationships from start-to-completion; becoming a go-to for key customers, providing advice and consultation from their initial enquiry through to post-order completion; liaising with specialist teams based on customer needs. There will be a variety of telephone based, email, video and sometimes face-to-face contact with customers, and you will manage several concurrent customer accounts, setting up and managing their orders through to completion, then providing after sales support.
