This is a rare chance to join the Reception/Administration team of a fantastic Tunbridge Wells company.

Supplying services to an impressive clientele nationally, they seek to recruit a new team member and are ready to interview now!
ANY experience considered - full training is provided.
Day-to-day, once trained you will:-
- Receive incoming calls and email enquiries from existing customers;
- Identify and allocate queries, escalating them to the correct teams;
- Using an internal system to create, manage and update information;
- Liaise with internal teams to identify solutions;
- Complete administration such as setting up quotes and invoices;
- Update customers on orders;
- Meet and greet visitors;
- Ad hoc other duties alongside the teams.
Mon-Fri 37,5 hrs
£23000 + paid over time (from home) = up to an extra £7000 per annum

Applicants must be based within reasonable commute to Tunbridge Wells on a Mon-Fri basis; and should have strong transferrable skills:- written and verbal communication; organisation; time management; attention to detail; willingness to learn.
