About the Role

We're looking for a motivated and reliable **Production Associate** to join a well-established manufacturing company based in rural Tonbridge.

This is a fantastic opportunity to build a long-term career within manufacturing. No previous experience is required – full training and ongoing support will be provided, making this an ideal role for someone who is eager to learn and develop new skills.

This is a **permanent, full-time position** with **early starts and early finishes**, giving you more of your afternoon to enjoy.

As part of the production team, you'll play a key role in the manufacturing process, helping to produce high-quality products safely and efficiently. Your responsibilities will include operating production machinery, weighing and preparing materials, packing finished products, and maintaining a clean and organised work environment.

## Key Responsibilities

* Accurately weigh and prepare materials for production.
* Operate production machinery safely and efficiently.
* Hand-pack and label finished products.
* Maintain high standards of cleanliness and organisation within the production area.
* Follow quality, health and safety, and production procedures at all times.

* Comfortable working an early shift starting at **7:30am**.
