KHR are currently working with a successful and rapidly growing business based in Marden who are looking for an experienced Machine Operator to join their production team.

This is a great opportunity for someone with hands-on experience operating machinery who enjoys a practical, fast-paced production environment.

The Role

You will be responsible for setting up, operating and monitoring machinery, ensuring production runs safely, efficiently and to the required quality standards.

Key responsibilities include:

- Setting up and operating machinery
- Carrying out routine machine maintenance
- Monitoring and adjusting machinery to maintain quality and output
- Completing quality checks and recording downtime
- Working towards production and quality targets
- Supporting other areas of the packing line when required
- Following health & safety procedures and SOPs

Candidate Profile

- Previous hands-on experience operating machinery
- Experience within a production, manufacturing or packing environment
- Good problem-solving skills and a practical approach
- Ability to follow procedures and work safely
- Reliable and proactive attitude
- Willingness to learn and adapt
