Overview We are seeking to employ n experienced and proactive fleet manager to oversee the strategic and operation management of our fleet. This is an office-based role and therefore the suitable candidate must be prepared to commute on a daily basis to our head office in Aylesford, Kent. Overview We are currently looking for an experienced maintenance person to look after our branches in Kent and surrounding areas. The ideal candidate should possess excellent knowledge of Health & Safety and be able to demonstrate proven work experience in the same field. Main duties will include - ● Perform day to day maintenance and repairs, including minor electrical, plumbing, carpentry, brickwork, tiling and decorating tasks. ● Oversee regular upkeep of the buildings. ● Coordinate with senior managers, vendors and contractors for larger repairs and renovation works. ● Ensure health & safety standards are followed. Skills Required - • Proven work experience as a Multi Trader or Maintenance Person.
