Please be aware this is a part time roles approximately 25 hours a week which will involve working 1-3 weekends . Daily roles and responsibilities: Maintain a presence in the reception area. Provide an on call servic to emergencies i.e fire, flood, faulty lift Take note of any internal or external maintenance issues Post outgoing mail Ensure the notice boards are kept up to date. Liaise with managing agents and directors. Undertake any training in fire and health and safety when required.
