The successful candidate will have the following skills and experience: • Practice trained • ACA or ACCA finalist or recently qualified • Experience of a general practice role, including dealing with SME b siness clients, including accounts preparation, management accounts, vat returns, personal and corporate tax. • Competent to prepare files ready for manager or director review and the confidence to deal directly with clients to clear queries and to offer advice appropriate to your experience and ability. • Excellent knowledge of Xero and Sage. • A desire to solve problems and to take on challenging tasks. • Experience of supervising and developing the skills of more junior colleagues.
