CHEF de PARTIE - £23,000 – contemporary, creative menus –
A unique, independently run hotel that has recently been refurbished to a very high standard. The kitchen caters for a superb a la carte restaurant, a contemporary brasserie and extensive conference and banqueting facilities.
There is a brigade of 10 talented chefs preparing modern British cuisine with European influences. They make everything in house and where possible all the produce is sourced locally to ensure their menus are seasonal and their carbon footprint is low.
Currently they are seeking an extremely talented Chef de Partie who can assist on all sections of the kitchen. An excellent training is guaranteed as there is a very talented team looking to push for further awards and accolades.
The ideal candidate will have had previous experience within award winning, professional kitchens and be looking for a new and challenging role where they will have the opportunity to influence the menus and the success of the hotel.
