Team Secretary - Temporary 4 Months

£11-12ph
37.5hrs a week Monday to Thursday (no Fridays!)
How would you like to work full time hours and enjoy a long weekend every week as the office closes on a Friday? Are you available immediately with your own transport?
We have a new role in for a Team Secretary to join a dynamic company on the outskirts of Maidstone, based in beautiful converted offices overlooking the countryside.
Duties will include:
* Diary Management for the team
* Arranging appointments with clients
* Administration for the team
* Answering calls and taking messages
* Supporting the team with adhoc duties
We are looking for a sparky confident candidate who can support a dynamic busy team. To be considered for this role you must have your own transport as the office are located in rural Maidstone away from public transport.
This is an exciting role which could also lead to further career opportunities for the right candidate.
