Carrying out essential maintenance and repair work to customers' homes with a focus on customer care and carrying out repairs as effective and efficiently as possible. Ideally, candidates would have experience in working in social housing repairs. Requirements include plumbing, carpentry, plastering, decorating, tiling, ground works (not essential to be capable in every trade). Must have experience in fabric maintenance. Candidate must hold a valid driving licence. Hours are from 08:30am - 4:30pm.
