Credit Control job West Kent £23k-£25k. You must be in a pure credit control position covering Sales Ledger
Your new company
You will be working for an established and growing organisation in the West Kent area. You will be working within a central town location which unfortunately has no parking onsite. This Credit Control job has become available due to a restructure in the department. The current processes are quite manual and require you to assist in improving them. You will work Monday to Friday either 8:30 - 5 or 9 - 5:30.
Your new role
You will be involved in both the credit control and sales ledger type duties. You will be responsible for preparing, raising and dispatch of all customer invoices. You will be in-charge of the companies Credit Control function with overall management of debtors including chasing debt, reducing debtor days and resolve/apply un-allocated cash. You will deal with all queries relating to payments and invoices raised as well as liaising with the commercial team for new customers information or price updates.
What you'll need to succeed
You will need current experience in pure credit control position with lots of experience of chasing debtors and raising sales ledger invoices. You will be used to working with manual processes and have the ability to streamline processes in the future. Sage experience would be advantageous.
What you'll get in return
You will receive a salary in the region of £23k - £25k and 22 day holiday. You can develop the role and streamline current processes.
