A specialist product supplier who are a market leader in their industry, require a Financial Controller to join them based out of their offices near Marden.

If you are a CIMA qualified, experienced Financial Controller with experience working within the manufacturing/engineering sectors then this might be the opportunity for you.

You will be working directly with the Financial Director assisting with the management and leading the finance function.


The Financial Controllers' duties will include:

*Oversight and management of the finance function
*Development of the finance team
*Review of monthly accounts and provision of regular reporting and analysis
*Balance sheet review
*Daily review of cash position and advising the FD accordingly
*Monthly forecasting of P&L, balance sheet and cash flow and monitoring of cash
*Variance analysis
*Lead annual budget process and maintain all supporting spreadsheets
*Manage external relationship with auditors
*Seek opportunities to improve profitability

The ideal candidate for the Financial Controller will:

*CIMA qualified or equivalent
*Previous experience working in a similar FC role
*Experience in managing small teams
*Excellent verbal and written communication
*Experience working in a manufacturing/engineering/production environment

£40,000 - £50,000 + Benefits

Full-time, permanent, Monday to Friday.

Driver preferred.

Based on the outskirts of Maidstone near Marden.
