My client are recruiting for a well presented and well spoken administrator to join their friendly, down to earth team.
This role requires great administration skills, strong attention to detail and a flair for excellent Customer service and communication both internally and externally.
Duties
Taking incoming calls from customers - Professional communication needed at all times
Dealing with all incoming post, distributing and adding details onto the system
Managing the alterations process as per requests from clients
Adding and removing new insurance applicants
Sending letters
Changing and updating address
Contacting customers to advise and update on their Insurance process
We are looking for candidates with A level qualifications and above to apply. You will also need to be a driver due to location. C Grade in Maths and English essential. 2 years office administration is required
Hours of work 9-5 Monday to Friday
