Powerhire boasts one of the most comprehensive and extensive fleets of power rental solutions for any industry, worldwide.
We are looking for an experienced Hire Generator Engineer with a ‘can-do’ attitude to join our expanding team. You will undertake installation and maintenance of our fleet of generators both within the workshop and on customer sites.
Key responsibilities:
Testing and certification of electrical distribution equipment;
Generator fleet fault finding and repairs;
Clean, repair diesel generators and other associated equipment;
Maintain and repair cable;
About you
You will have a qualification in Mechanical Electrical Engineering.
You will have a full drivers licence (travel is a requirement);
Be competent with IT;
Have good organisational and time management skills;
Ideally experience with LV switchboards;
Excellent customer service skills and “can do” attitude.
This is an exciting opportunity for a Hire Generator Engineer who is looking for a challenge and to work for a growing company.
Monday to Sunday including Bank Holidays – 40 hours per week
Be part of our out of hours call out service
Overtime available
Overseas work available
