KHR Recruitment is currently looking for an experienced Technical Recruitment Consultant to join a fast-growing, specialist Consultancy in West Malling.

Perfect for professionals commuting into London who are fed up with seeing that hard-earned cash disappear on rail travel each month or those sick of over-promised but underpaid commission!

Our client is a successful specialist consultancy who have recently relocated to the area and are now looking to expand as they settle into their brand new office.

With an already established client base including FTSE 100 businesses and leading fashion brands, there is definitely an opportunity to hit the ground running.

They are looking for motivated, hungry and sales-orientated consultants who won't be afraid to pick up the phone to build those all-important client relationships. There is the opportunity to inherit a number of existing accounts but they will also expect their consultants to be confident in chasing leads and generating new business for the company.

The ideal candidate would have a minimum of 2 years previous experience as a Technical or Specialist recruiter and will have an understanding of the terminologies and technologies used in this industry. However, Consultants from other backgrounds will also be considered.

Base salaries will be £20-30,000 DOE + one of the best commission structures in the industry **no threshold**.

Monday-Friday with on-site parking.
