Chef required for a busy Hotel who will be providing accommodation and meals for a very large group for an extended amount of time.
You will be required to prep and cook for:
* Lunch service expected to be for 60-80 covers;
* Dinner service, three-courses, expected to be for 80-100 covers.
You need to be used to handling group meals to a high standard. Cooking home-made favourites and ensuring variety and satisfaction at all times.
Requirements:
* Proven experience as a Chef;
* Exceptional proven ability of kitchen management;
* Outstanding communication and leadership skills.
NO split shifts - hours will be 11am-8pm approximately. Service will be provided 7-days a week and you will be to work on a rota basis which will include weekends and bank holidays (Christmas/New Year etc).
This is a temporary role requiring an immediate start for a minimum of 6-weeks.
