LOCATION: Folkestone
HOURS: Monday - Friday 8am-5pm
DUTIES WITHIN YOUR ROLE:
* Answering the phone and diverting calls
* Taking messages and responding to e-mails
* Post handling
* Meeting and greeting visitors
* Supporting other departments with administrative duties
WE'D LOVE TO SPEAK TO YOU IF YOU HAVE THE FOLLOWING SKILLS:
* Reception experience
* MS Office
* Excellent communication skills
* Available immediately
