JOB TITLE: Assistant Customer Service Manager



LOCATION: Dartford



HOURS: 6am- 3pm/ 8am- 5pm/ 10am-7pm shift rotation Monday to Friday and 1 in 3 weekends. Day off in lieu the following week

We're teaming up with the Operations Manager of this established, family owned business to find a new member to join their team;



The day to day duties in your new job would be:



* First point of contact for whole business
* Asking distribution/ transport enquiries
* Answering order enquiries
* Answering complaints and taking escalations
* Working to KPIs
* Attending trade shows and visiting clients occasionally



We'd love to speak to candidates with:



* A desire to progress into a Customer Service Management position
* Excellent Customer Service experience (Phone based preferably)
* Previous Management/ Team Leader positions
* CRM knowledge
