Our client are looking for a Compliance Supervisor to join their company based in Kings Hill.
Duties are:
• To ensure the Company has effective processes and procedures in place to fulfil its obligations.
• Assisting Head of Certification Services with all aspects of new and existing UKAS requirements.
• To assist as directed in the undertaking of internal audits being carried out as per the defined schedule.
• To assist as directed in the undertaking of UKAS witnessed assessments.
• Undertake associated administrative work connected with the operations which includes Contract Review, Certification Decisions, etc.
• Provide training and updates to the Company’s employees to ensure compliance policies are consistently implemented.
• Reporting to the Senior Management Team as specific Compliance issues arise.
• Review of Client data recorded for accuracy and completeness.
• Reporting to Line Manager on process review/revisions.
• Liaise with Field Team Manager to ensure Field Team are fully trained as set out by the Compliance department.
