Hays Social Care are working in partnership with a number of providers in West Sussex to support their service with consistent staffing over the coming months.

Your new role
This is an exciting new position to work as a Children's support worker to support children with emotional behavioural difficulties. The homes look after children with a range of challenging and diverse behaviours. Your role as a support worker will be to support children in every day life, activities and achieving the right outcomes and living a happy healthy life along with lots of activities & fun!

What you'll need to succeed
To succeed in this position you will need to have 6 months experience working within a Social care setting.
The shift patterns include, long days and sleep ins, short shifts early and late shifts. Weekend and non term time are especially busy so if you are a student or Academic staff this could be the ideal role for you!
You do not need to be a driver although this is highly desirable.
