The role: Working on our helpline, you will be the first point of contact for people who are in need of help.
You will be the friendly voice on the end of the phone, giving callers advice and guidance for the problems they are facing. This includes helping them access Porchlight services or find other relevant support where they live.
What you need:
-Strong listening and communication skills.
-A professional yet friendly telephone manner.
-The ability to work under pressure.
-Good administrative skills.
