We are an award winning creative design agency based in the beautiful surroundings of the Historic Dockyard Chatham and we are looking to add to our sales / new business team.

Despite the pandemic and challenges of Covid-19, the business has continued to thrive and now needs a dedicated sales professional to play a pivotal role and grow with the team – there really is no limit to what can be achieved! We are a long established creative business with an impressive track record and a client base that beats many larger agencies. It’s fair to say that we’re renowned for punching above their weight.

If you want to be part of the UK’s fastest growing sector and would like to take your current sales experience into creative design, digital media and corporate branding, then we would love to have a chat with you.

The ideal person for this role will be gregarious, confident and curious. You will be capable of growing your own network and comfortable developing your own leads and building up relationships with your clients.

You will be:
• Tenacious and determined
• A quick learner
• A lateral thinker
• Able to think on your feet
• A natural prospector
• Able to develop business relationships via telemarketing, email campaigns, social media networks and face to face networking
• Naturally inquisitive and not easily deterred

Skills/experience:

• Confident and courteous telephone manner
• Proven background making sales calls
• Demonstrable track record hitting targets
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
• Excellent attention to detail and accuracy in work
• The ability to work independently and on own initiative
• Working knowledge of social media and business networking platforms

This role will suit someone who has approximately 18 months+ sales experience who is looking for new challenges and truly wants to contribute to a team environment.
